Kellie Schneider is a sound healing artist, therapeautic harp practitioner, and yoga and meditation guide.

Hi, I'm Kellie Schneider - a sacred sound practitioner with a passion for sound healing, breath awareness, meditation, and yoga. My background includes training in various modalities such as sound healing, therapeutic harp, and yoga.  As a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) with additional certifications in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, I blend gentle yoga, meditation, and sound to create an integrated experience.

I'm deeply committed to sharing therapeutic sound-based practices that promote relaxation, healing, and inner resonance in a gentle and nurturing way. I believe that prioritizing rest and intentionally engaging with the resonant power of sacred sound can unlock profound physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits that reverberate through every aspect of our lives, leading to a greater sense of wellbeing, connection, and wholeness.

Mother Rhythm

Rit “Rhythm” • Ma “Mother” (R•Ehh•T•M•Ahh)

Ritma represents Mother Rhythm, the pulse of life that connects us all—the divine breath, the flow of life within unity. Cycles, seasons, ebbs, and flows connect us all unfurling in a sea of fractal harmonics.

The study of sound healing is not a study of sound at all, it is the study of listening and a return to ourselves. A reawakening of intuition, the incremental unfolding of our self knowing, and the innate geometries within us and all of nature. As we practice, we train not in forced systems, but instead to trust our direct experience and inner confirmation as the map home to our true nature—as a path to wholeness.
